RANDOM EVENTS
We make every effort to ensure that your orders are processed as quickly as possible; however, there may be events beyond our control that could result in the damage of the shipment or prevent it from reaching its destination. We do not accept responsibility for these events.
We will deliver the shipment only to the address provided in the appropriate field of the order form; therefore, it is crucial for the address to be accurate and up-to-date. We do not take responsibility for losses incurred due to incorrect delivery information (especially an incorrect address).
We are not responsible for losses or damages to the shipment sent according to the customer's provided information. We strive to deliver the order within a specified time, but we cannot guarantee it. If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, the delivery time will be appropriately extended.
At the moment of delivery to the customer, the customer becomes the sole owner of the ordered goods and assumes full responsibility for them (from this moment, we are not responsible for damages or destruction of the goods). Therefore, to avoid issues with refunding the cost of damaged goods by the courier, we kindly ask you to always open the package in their presence.
OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY
The responsibility for damage or loss of goods falls on the customer at the time of delivery or, in the case of the customer not accepting the order within the specified time. Goods delivered to the specified delivery address become the property of the customer upon receipt and upon our receiving the full amount due.
LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY
If the received shipment contains different items than those ordered or if the goods are damaged, incomplete, or the quantity does not match, the customer must notify us in writing within 7 business days from the receipt of the goods. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for losses.
If the customer does not receive the ordered goods within 30 days from the order date, they must inform us within 60 days from the order date. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for losses.
If, after receiving the goods, the customer detects discrepancies or defects, they have the option to choose from the following solutions:
-Sending the missing goods
-Replacing or repairing damaged or defective goods
-Compensating the amount for defective goods in a manner chosen by us
The above solutions cannot be applied if the damage or defect occurred due to neglect or failure to comply with any instructions issued by us.
We do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential losses, damages, or costs (including loss of business or company profits) for any reasons not described in this regulation or in the law. Our total liability arising from this regulation cannot exceed the amount paid for the goods by the customer.
The customer is obligated to comply with all regulations and legal acts, including obtaining all necessary permits required for purchases through our website. We do not assume any responsibility regarding the import or export of purchased goods. None of the above conditions exempt us from liability specified by the prevailing law in Poland. The user understands and accepts all the conditions presented in this regulation.
