Does this flower bloom?

This flower blooms when it drives. And when the speed is high, it changes into a twirling circle. How is it possible? The rainbow flower is a unique plant. It drives, twirls and has colourful petals. When a child starts walking with it, the petals rise and twirl, and when a little speed is gained, the rainbow colours of the petals turn into white.

When a child starts pushing the toy, a mechanism that causes the flower to turn around its axis is activated. The centrifugal forces acting on the petals cause them to rise and twirl with a certain speed depicting the rule of mixing of colours. The result is the flower changing its colour and volume, which intrigues and encourages to go on playing. A whole body is involved while playing with the flower thus contributing to the development of gross motor skills and manual skills. It encourages a child to take its first steps.
