Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

30-Day BUYBAJO Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy is an additional benefit offered by BUYBAJO and does not limit or affect your statutory consumer rights.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. The item must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item because you have simply changed your mind or no longer wish to keep it, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received an incorrect item, BUYBAJO will cover the cost of return shipping in accordance with applicable law.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first contacting us and requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, BUYBAJO will cover the cost of return shipping in accordance with applicable law.

Your statutory rights concerning goods that are defective or not in conformity with the contract are not affected by this return policy.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products may be excluded from our additional 30-day return policy where permitted by applicable law. These may include perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care products where the right to return is excluded by law.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Sale items are eligible for return under the same rules as other products unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by contacting us at info@buybajo.com.

To withdraw from the contract, send an email to info@buybajo.com with your order number, product name, and date of receipt. You have 14 days from receiving the goods to do so.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise provided not in conformity with the contract, or unless applicable law requires BUYBAJO to cover the return costs.

You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods and services where an exception applies under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.

For returns under our 30-day BUYBAJO return policy, if the return is accepted, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

For withdrawals under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, in accordance with applicable law. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

We will process the refund without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Once the returned goods have been received, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
